It's been a year since Nick popped up on my Instagram and I asked him to be my coach - one of the top decisions of my life.
How amazing a year makes - couldn't do 5km under 25mins and now edging towards sub 21mins and finally secured a Good for Age qualification for the London Marathon 2023.
Motivated, positive and just an all-round fantastic person, Nick truly knows running! He has his own mammoth dreams that he works towards and it's so very inspiring to be around someone who isn't afraid to believe and put in the hard work. I think he should be an Olympian!
What's it like having Nick as a coach and being surrounded by the loveliest cheerleaders (and some damn fast runners) in Best Athletics? Bloody wonderful!"
